We had a very good experience with your company and Costa Rica. Although the roads are "bumpy" they are your roads and we can live with that. The drivers and the tour guides were excellent. Edwardo at Arenas del Mar was very good as was George' whom we had for three days. He was very nice and extra cooperative if we wanted to stop somewhere along the way. It was also very nice that he filled us in on what we were passing on the 3 and 1/2 drive from San Jose to Quepos etc. We were glad to see him again at Finca Rosa Blanca at Santa Barbara. The accommodations were very good and the people went out of their way to see that we were comfortable. We appreciate your effort to see that we made all of our connections. The country is very green and beautiful. it was so nice to get out of the cold and into the warmth of Costa Rica.

Thank you so much for your email. We had a great time in Costa Rica. All the activities we did were amazing. My favorite was zip line and ATV. The planning was fine. There was no stress involved. I want you to know that we had a fantastic trip. We loved our vacation, and we both wanted to thank you again for all of your help! We're going to leave very positive reviews of Discovery Costa Rica and you in particular on all of the travel websites that we normally use, so that other people will know how great of an experience we had. :)
I also wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed all of the tours that you booked for us.. and you were right, we really loved the waterfall Canyoning. It was not too cold at any point, we didn't even need to use the jackets that they had for anyone who wanted one. I'm glad that you suggested this, it was one of our favorite tours.

The trip was better than expected and Costa Rica is beautiful! You planned the tours and hotel stays in perfect order and your customer service was impressive. Everyone, the tour guides and especially Jorge, were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. You don't have to worry about me not advertising your company. Every time I talk about my trip I mention Discovery. My friends know that I'm a thorough researcher, so when they hear about the company I used to plan my trip, and how great you were, they definitely listen. I'm sure I will go back to Costa Rica again and I will not even consider using another company. I only wish you planned packages for other locations as well.

Andrea the little bumps in the road was NOTHING in comaprison to the great times. You did a phenomenal job planning this trip, definately the best I have been on. The tours and the hotels were fantastic. Most impressive is, EVERYONE was punctual which was surprising.
Again you did a great job and I am most grateful for the experience. In the event you should have any specials similar to trip we had I wiould love to come back and try out different areas. La Fortuna was my FAVORITE. Tabacon resort is really something to talk about ;o)

You beat me to the punch! I have been just waiting until I got the time to finally send you an email to express how much we loved your package and accommodations! I can say nothing short of absolute perfection. Every step we took was met with more amazement than the last. Every hotel got better and better. Every excursion got more and more exciting. Every view, every tour company, every room we stayed in, everybody we met.... perfect perfect perfect!!!! I have raved and bragged to all my friends and family about how amazing the trip was from the very minute we got off the plane. I can't begin to thank you enough. I have been many places in the last 15-20 years traveling around the world and nothing even comes close to the experiences we got from you and your country. WE WILL BE COMING BACK!!!!! Your personalized, professional detailed package was like a dream come true. Make sure your boss or partner sees this! You deserve a raise!!!!! Tell Jorge we said hi and thank you very very much. It makes me sad to be back home, but gives me a reason to smile when I think about going back. My girlfriend and I have even discussed getting married on the zip lines!

We made it home safely, although we were both very sad to leave. We had such an amazing time in Costa Rica - the country is even more beautiful than we even imagined!!
I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed the honeymoon vacation you planned for us. Everything went just as planned from the time Jorge met us at the airport. Please pass along a special thanks to Jorge for being such a great addition to our trip. He was so friendly and had so much knowledge to share about Costa Rica. It was an absolute pleasure touring the country with him!!
Each of the hotels we stayed at were so incredible in their own ways. I think our favorite hotel was the Peace Lodge - what an amazing way to begin our honeymoon! The room was so romantic and we really enjoyed our hike to see their waterfall gardens. We also enjoyed exploring the nature and wildlife habitats at the resort. What a great way to see first hand all of the wonderful things Costa Rica has to offer.
Hasan and I are both terrified of heights, but decided that our trip to Costa Rica would not be complete without experiencing a canopy tour. I cannot that you enough for planning our tour with Sky Trek! Despite our fears, we felt very comfortable with the guides and had an incredible time soaring through the rainforest. Our massages at Tabacon were also a wonderful way to end our day.
Arenas Del Mar was incredible! It was at this resort that we saw the most wildlife - iguanas, sloths, and 3 different kinds of monkeys! The hotel also sponsored a trip into Quepos to see their Independence Day parade. What a wonderful experience! And relaxing on their beautiful beaches was a great end to our wonderful honeymoon!
Needless to say we will DEFINITITELY be back to visit Costa Rica - hopefully sooner than later! We're also working on getting our friends and family to visit as well, and will certainly send them your way to plan their trip!
I cannot thank you enough for everything you did to make this trip so enjoyable. We have nothing but great memories to share, and we owe it all to you, Jorge, and all of the other wonderful people we met along the way.
Thanks again for everything! Working with you and Discovery Costa Rica has been an absolute pleasure!! We can't wait to come back and visit!

Hola! Our trip to Costa Rica was a memorable one. One to remember and to share with my wife for a long time to come. Discovery Costa Rica is an amazing agency; Andrea, Sylvia and Jorge were extremely helpful. By the time we arrived in San José to the time we departed, everything was taking care off. Everything was so clean and all of the people were nice and friendly ( so much different from the United States). Our vacation was perfect except for being sore from riding horses. We look forward to coming back to visit. Our favorite part of the trip was Arenal.
We also enjoyed Jorge very much. I would recommend to everyone who comes to contact you and to get Jorge for a guide. We look forward to returning to Costa Rica In the near future.

Or should I say Buenas Tardes (It's afternoon here at the moment and I'm not sure of my spelling)
Archie and I had a wonderful time...It was a truly spectacular vacation and I'm so glad that we found you as your services made it so much more enjoyable and allowed us to see so much more in just the week we spent there (we should have spent much longer). The accommodations were fantastic....particularly Hotel de Oro and The Magellan Inn. They were all beautiful places .... so beautiful in fact that we took pictures of the hotels and grounds of all three!
Archie and I enjoyed meeting both of you very much and we will definitely stay in touch. We absolutely love your country and have discussed moving there. Needless to say, we will absolutely recommend your services with all due enthusiasm. I will send you pictures as soon as we have them in digital format. I can hardly wait to see them!

Hola Sylvia and Jorge! I am sorry it has take me so long to get back to you. Getting back to work and our routine has take some time. We had a great time in Costa Rica, and hope to come back next year. We would like to go to the Osa Peninsula next time, and do more fishing in Golfito. We are happy to give you feedback. First, let me say that Jorge was wonderful! It really was great to have someone make sure we got where we were supposed to go, and to show us things that we would probably have missed on our own.
Golfito had little to offer outside of the fishing, but that is why we chose to go there. Banana Bay was fine, food was reasonably priced and very good. Because it is run by Americans, communicating what we needed was very easy. Since they cater to fishing, they really didn't give us much information about the area. I do think there are other things to see in that area that we just didn't know about. Las Gaviotas was fine for the restaurant, but the room was really not clean. I understand that the hotel has been sold, so it is possible that the new owner will make some changes to the rooms. I would check that out before recommending the hotel to anyone.
We found the Costa Rica people to be just wonderful. Thank you so much for your help, and we love the picture that you gave us. I have a picture of Jorge that I will email you. I don't have it with me at work today.
